The Crimson Ghosts "Carpe Mortem" (Anniversary-Re-Release) out now!

20 years after its original release, The Crimson Ghosts return with a completely remixed and remastered edition of “Carpe Mortem”, the band‘s second album, originally released in 2006.

For its 20th anniversary, “Carpe Mortem” has been remixed and remastered at Casket Garden Studio and features completely new artwork.

The anniversary edition will be released on September 18, 2026 as a double LP on Ring Of Fire Records and as a digital release. The physical edition contains the complete original album on the first two sides, while the third side features seven bonus tracks documenting different moments from the band‘s history around the “Carpe Mortem” era.

The gatefold LP also includes a large collection of photographs from the years between “Leaving the Tomb” and “Carpe Mortem”, together with extensive liner notes by Nim Vind and Jackal.
Each double LP contains two random vinyl colours, making every physical copy unique and the album is limited to 550 copies.

Preorder for the new BLITZKID album "Modern Hel" starts soon!

On July 11 at 12:00pm (EST), we will be opening the Gates to HEL and making a vinyl PREORDER of our upcoming new full-length album available in three unique robo-skins: 300 Alpha Chrome, 400 Beta Black, and 600 Gamma Silver.

Each edition within this inaugural run of 1300 units includes a metallic foil gatefold jacket (giving the artwork a reflective machine-like sheen), an exclusive silver ink on reflective CD knockout housed inside the gatefold, a 4” round sticker & a hand-numbered canvas patch.

This approach was inspired by the film “Metropolis,” whose workers’ identities were reduced to numerical designations and wore numbered patches to signify their function within the city. Patches will be numbered 1 through 1300 by Argyle Goolsby and randomly issued.

A special limited edition double 10” (4 side) version of the album in semi-transparent “Delta Alloy” will also be available in a limited run of 100 units. This edition includes an alternative track-listing, double-sided mini poster, and the aforementioned CD, sticker & patch. Each album and its components are hand-assembled and housed in a contoured chrome-finished chassis.

To reduce shipping costs for our international customers, ACWNN Store will only accept orders from North America (United States, Canada, Mexico). For all other countries, preorders will be available through Ring Of Fire Records in Germany, launching the same campaign simultaneously through their online store.

Please note: due to the hand-assembled requirements of the special edition 10” and the location of its materials in North America, that variant will only be available in North America.

Orders are estimated to ship the last week of September 2026, in conjunction with the album’s digital release date. Due to the nature of vinyl production, however, there is the possibility of some delay beyond this timeframe. We don’t expect any issues, but we’ll keep everyone updated on the progress either way over the coming weeks.
